Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience as a line cook or similar kitchen role preferred
- knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations
- ability to follow standard recipes and procedures
- strong time management and organizational skills
- capability to work effectively in a team environment
- physical ability to stand for long periods and handle kitchen equipment
- willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Complete and pass required training modules
- know the weekly work schedule and arrive on time
- communicate with Executive Chef or Sous Chef about specials and events
- set up station according to procedures and carry out food preparation
- re-stock and maintain food product levels
- produce food items following standard recipes and portion control
- prepare food for guests with allergies or intolerances
- maintain clean and organized workstation
- perform side and closing duties as assigned
- assist with sanitary food storage and cleaning
- follow reporting procedures for re-cooks, spills, and incidents
- demonstrate teamwork through open communication
- cross-train and assist in other kitchen roles
- follow policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- attend team meetings and communicate guest feedback
- assist with training and supervision as experienced
- perform other related duties as assigned
