Job Duties
- Cook foods according to menus, special dietary or nutritional requirements, or numbers of portions to be served per management or following approved recipe
- monitor and record food temperatures to ensure food safety
- clean and sanitize work areas and equipment
- prepare meals in accordance with food safety standards
- follow proper portion control guidelines
- maintain sanitized and organized kitchen environment
