Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred
- Ability to work full time 40 hours per week
- Ability to lift 35 lbs
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods of time
- Commitment to adhere to health and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability for flexible scheduling including mornings, nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Responsible for cleaning your personal workspace to ensure a pristine prep station
- Adhere to health codes and safety regulations daily by checking the cleanliness of storage areas and food prep
- Communicate with the chef regarding any assistance with kitchen support, management or any BOH needs
- Collaborate with servers to ensure that orders are completed on time and according to requests
- Demonstrate and emphasize the importance of recipe consistency to maintain the quality of each dish per Bottega Louie standards
- Perform station opening, closing and side work duties for each shift and always check out with the manager on duty
- Demonstrate leadership by displaying job expertise, enthusiasm, initiative and have exceptional communication skills
- Understand and embody the Bottega Louie lifestyle, mission and brand
