Job Requirements

  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume service periods
  • flexibility to work evenings and weekends
  • must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role preferred
  • strong knowledge of culinary techniques including grilling, sautéing, frying, and plating
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work well as part of a team

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook menu items according to recipe specifications and standards during service hours
  • coordinate with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient workflow on the line
  • maintain day to day cleanliness and organization of the cooking stations, including equipment and utensils
  • follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety
  • communicate effectively with management and front-of-house to prioritize tasks and maintain quality standards
  • assist with food preparation, including portioning, marinating, and other pre-service tasks as needed
  • uphold Seis Kitchen's commitment to delivering exceptional service and high-quality food to our guests
  • perform other duties as assigned by management
