Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience working in a kitchen setting
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 40 pounds

Job Duties
- Inspect all kitchen surfaces to ensure sanitary conditions
- Prepare food as directed according to recipes
- Season and cook food using personal judgment and experience
- Ensure appropriate presentation and quality of dishes
- Estimate food consumption based on trends
- Inventory stock, place orders and rotate food items
- Organize food storage and kitchen equipment
- Consult with supervisory staff to plan menus
- Supervise work of kitchen staff as directed
