Dos Bocas is an exciting new restaurant opening in downtown Atlanta, located within Legacy Ventures' Park Pavilion mixed-use development. A vibrant addition to the city's dining scene, Dos Bocas offers a unique culinary experience that blends Tex-Mex and Cajun cuisines, presenting authentic flavors inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Texas and Louisiana. The restaurant spans two stories and includes an 8,000 square foot space with an inviting outdoor patio that overlooks the picturesque Centennial Olympic Park. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience working in a kitchen setting
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 40 pounds
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques
  • Understanding of inventory management
  • Ability to work flexible hours including overtime
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a line cook or similar role
  • Knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment

Job Duties

  • Inspect all kitchen surfaces to ensure sanitary conditions
  • Prepare food as directed according to recipes
  • Season and cook food using personal judgment and experience
  • Ensure appropriate presentation and quality of dishes
  • Estimate food consumption based on trends
  • Inventory stock, place orders and rotate food items
  • Organize food storage and kitchen equipment
  • Consult with supervisory staff to plan menus
  • Supervise work of kitchen staff as directed
