Job Requirements
- Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and other employees
- detect and identify safety issues and comply with safety guidelines and standards
- lift and carry trays, dishes, equipment, and goods up to 50 lbs
- must have the ability to stand and walk for extended periods

- ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented setting
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- strong communication skills
- physical ability to perform kitchen duties including lifting up to 50 lbs
