Job Requirements

  • Able to stand for 8+ hours
  • Weekend availability is a must
  • Ability to lift over 40 lbs
  • Capable of handling physical kitchen tasks including chopping and prep work
  • Must be able to perform all listed physical duties
  • Willingness to work full-time including weekends
  • Consent to physical requirements of the job

Job Qualifications

  • Good attitude and team player
  • Ability to read and execute recipes
  • Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
  • Strong cleaning and sanitation skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Physically able to perform tasks for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Read and execute recipes accurately
  • Follow directions and work well unsupervised
  • Prep work including cutting and chopping large amounts of produce, meats, cheeses, fish
  • Handle large mixing equipment without physical discomfort
  • Work with hands continuously for 6-10 hour shifts
  • Clean cooking equipment such as grills, flattops, fryers, refrigerators, ovens
  • Perform dishwashing, floor cleaning, and maintain cleanliness of all work stations
