Job Requirements
- Able to stand for 8+ hours
- Weekend availability is a must
- Ability to lift over 40 lbs
- Capable of handling physical kitchen tasks including chopping and prep work
- Must be able to perform all listed physical duties
- Willingness to work full-time including weekends
- Consent to physical requirements of the job
Job Qualifications
- Good attitude and team player
- Ability to read and execute recipes
- Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
- Strong cleaning and sanitation skills
- Ability to work independently
- Physically able to perform tasks for extended periods
Job Duties
- Read and execute recipes accurately
- Follow directions and work well unsupervised
- Prep work including cutting and chopping large amounts of produce, meats, cheeses, fish
- Handle large mixing equipment without physical discomfort
- Work with hands continuously for 6-10 hour shifts
- Clean cooking equipment such as grills, flattops, fryers, refrigerators, ovens
- Perform dishwashing, floor cleaning, and maintain cleanliness of all work stations
