Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

- Prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment

- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine is a plus
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and standards
- Operate kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, grills, and knives
- Stock inventory and perform restocking duties
- Collaborate with team members to manage kitchen workflow
