Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years line cook experience preferred
- Ability to read and understand tickets and recipes
- Stand for long periods
- Be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Properly use a knife and other kitchen equipment
- Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification
- Be at least 18 years of age

- Steak house experience a plus
- Ability to read and understand tickets and recipes
- Knowledge of proper knife skills and kitchen equipment use

- Prepare menu items according to company recipes and standards
