Job Duties

  • prepare and cook food items according to menu specifications
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
  • use kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
  • communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management
  • stock and restock inventory as needed
  • assist in reconfiguring dining area seating arrangements
