Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a line cook or kitchen staff position preferred

- ability to handle kitchen equipment safely
Job Duties
- prepare and cook food items according to menu specifications
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- use kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
- communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management
- stock and restock inventory as needed
- assist in reconfiguring dining area seating arrangements
