Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle kitchen equipment
  • basic math and reading skills
  • ability to follow instructions and work under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • previous experience as a line cook or similar kitchen role
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
  • strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

  • prepare season and cook a variety of food items according to recipes and directions from culinary supervisors and chefs
  • maintain cleanliness of the service line and kitchen equipment
  • follow production lists and keep accurate records of production usage and leftovers
  • ensure quality and consistency standards of all prepared dishes
  • assist in cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment
  • collaborate with culinary team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
