Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Availability to work full-time including weekends
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions including heat and cold
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Willingness to work the 4PM to close shift
Job Qualifications
- No education requirements
- Experience working in a kitchen or food preparation preferred but not mandatory
- Outgoing personality and friendly attitude
- Positive attitude with initiative and enthusiasm
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow instructions precisely
- Good communication skills
Job Duties
- Cross-training and working in multiple kitchen stations including salads, fry, grill, and expo
- Preparing recipes and following build guides for every menu item
- Ensuring a clean and sanitary kitchen environment
- Fostering a friendly family environment and demonstrating effective communication
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and attending to special cleaning duties
- Preparing food as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
