Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- one to two years experience as a cook's apprentice in a large, full-service hotel or restaurant preferred
- strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- ability to comply with health and sanitation regulations
- food safety certification or willingness to obtain
- ability to follow recipes and procedures
- dependable attendance and punctuality
- ability to perform job duties with professionalism and teamwork
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Interact effectively with the public and team members
- perform excellent customer service at all times
- prepare, season, finish, and garnish all food in kitchen preparation according to established recipes
- collaborate with lead line cooks, dishwashers, supervisors, chefs, servers, and utility team members to ensure smooth operations
- maintain compliance with health and sanitation standards and federal, state, local laws
- follow all recipes and control procedures
- assist in all areas of food production as needed
- maintain a clean and sanitary work area in accordance with state health regulations
- maintain consistent and regular attendance
- fulfill any reasonable management requests
