Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions in English or Espaol
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Capability to work day time shifts only
  • Flexibility for shift scheduling
  • Physical ability to lift or move heavy objects
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior restaurant experience is recommended but not required
  • Skilled with the use of cookware needed for the position
  • Able to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy
  • Ability to work with high temperature equipment and in a high heat facility

Job Duties

  • Proper food handling and storage
  • Preparing and portioning food products prior to cooking
  • Accurately and efficiently cooking food
  • Ability to read in English or Espaol and following all recipes, portions, guidelines, sanitation, and basic safety
  • Learning and working in all kitchen areas including cooking stations, food prep, and dishwashing positions
  • Following health department guidelines
  • Supporting the team and maintaining a safe kitchen environment
