Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in food preparation or a similar role preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely
Reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with team members
Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Experience using slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors
Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Job Duties

Properly learn and execute all recipe procedures
Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen
Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
Communicate ticket times to team members
Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
