Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food items according to company quality and service standards
- coordinate order preparation to ensure timely and accurate service
- demonstrate strong knowledge of menu items and ingredients
- maintain appropriate food temperatures, especially for hot items
- adhere to all company safety and sanitation standards
- report and communicate effectively with the BOH Manager or Manager on Duty
- work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume restaurant setting
