Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food items according to company quality and service standards
  • coordinate order preparation to ensure timely and accurate service
  • demonstrate strong knowledge of menu items and ingredients
  • maintain appropriate food temperatures, especially for hot items
  • adhere to all company safety and sanitation standards
  • report and communicate effectively with the BOH Manager or Manager on Duty
  • work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume restaurant setting
