Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of experience working as a cook
- ability to stand, stoop, walk, reach, handle, and push frequently
- lifting and carrying objects up to 50lbs

Job Duties
- Prepares and assembles ingredients for menu items
- prepares high-quality meals and food items according to company recipes
- stores excess food at the correct temperature to avoid food spoilage
- ensures that food portions and presentation meet company standards
- monitors supplies and re-orders stock as needed
- ensures that cooking utensils are clean before each use
- cleans and sterilizes food preparation areas
- assists other cooks to ensure food orders are completed timely
- recommends ideas for specials or seasonal dishes
- ensures each guest order is correct and delivers food to wait staff in a timely manner
- efficiently resolves problems with customer orders
- keeps refrigerators and storeroom tidy
- ensures that food health and safety regulations are followed
- assists with meal prep, dining service clearing, and dishwashing
- completes other duties as assigned by supervisor
