Job Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and workstations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Manage a busy station efficiently during service
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols
- Learn and apply new cooking techniques and plate presentations
- Support other kitchen roles as needed
