Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year of cooking experience
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- capability to lift or move up to 50 pounds
- flexible availability including nights and weekends
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a line cook or similar role
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work effectively under pressure
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- familiarity with Basque cuisine is a plus
- culinary degree or certification preferred
Job Duties
- Execute kitchen operations and food preparation according to standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation
- provide a consistent hands-on presence on the line
- ensure adherence to safety and hygiene protocols
- collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff
- assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
- manage time and tasks efficiently during high-volume service
