Job Requirements

  • good communication skills
  • at least two years of previous line cook experience
  • culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
  • ability to perform all basic cooking skills
  • able to work single station in the kitchen
  • willingness to work any shift including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
  • at least two years of previous line cook experience preferred
  • refined verbal communication skills
  • ability to perform basic cooking skills proficiently

Job Duties

  • perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills
  • work single stations in the kitchen
