Job Requirements
- assist in taking care of guest's needs
- set up stations for shifts and break down or reset stations after a shift
- properly produce the guest's order
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- put orders away as they arrive
- check product for our quality standards
- complete daily checklists
- complete daily par sheets accurately
- ensure all food produced meets expectations
- shrink / security control
- follow systems for quality
- alert management to any issues or problems
- report all malfunctioning equipment to store management
Job Qualifications
- experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation standards
- ability to follow recipes and company procedures accurately
- strong attention to detail
- good communication skills
- ability to work effectively as part of a team
