Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in cooking or food preparation preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen tasks
- strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety
- ability to work as part of a team
- willingness to learn and take direction

Job Duties
- assist kitchen manager or lead cook with daily tasks
- assist with stocking and setting up kitchen stations
- prepare food including cleaning and cutting ingredients
- cook main dishes, desserts, appetizers, and snacks
- plate prepared foods
- coordinate with front of house staff to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
- clean kitchen, work stations and utensils at end of shift
- ensure kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations
