Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen demands
- ability to follow instructions and work under pressure
- willingness to relocate to downtown Dayton (relocation assistance provided)

- previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role
- knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety protocols
