Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in food preparation or culinary arts
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Capable of working flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Physical ability to handle kitchen equipment and ingredients safely

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a cold station cook or similar culinary role
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality food preparation
  • Flexibility to work full-time or part-time shifts
  • Basic culinary education or certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepare, cook and assemble all cold food items including salads, cold appetizers, and desserts
  • Prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
  • Stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
  • Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
  • Maintain clean, sanitized and safe work environment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order completion
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines
