Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to three years of culinary experience
- State required food handlers certification card if applicable
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures
- Physical capability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally
- Ability to stand and exert mobility for up to 8 hours
- Good communication skills
- Ability to maintain grooming and attendance standards
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of menu development, cost and wage control

Job Duties
- Manage food production and preparation according to quality standards
- Adjust thermostat controls for cooking equipment
- Measure and mix ingredients using various kitchen utensils and equipment
- Set up stations with necessary mise en place for service
- Maintain sanitation and safety practices daily
- Consult with Executive Chef and related departments
- Participate in ongoing hotel programs and continuous improvement initiatives
