Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience cooking multiple stations in a professional table service kitchen
  • Ability to work on your feet for eight hours or more a day
  • Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds at a time on a regular basis
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Obtain food safe certification if not already complete

Job Duties

  • Execute all prep assignments quickly, efficiently, safely and according to Aspens standards and specifications
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation including tables, shelves, walls, storage areas, cooking, and refrigeration equipment, adhering to proper sanitation standards
  • Understand and consistently comply with Aspens standards regarding portion size, cooking methods, and kitchen rules at all times
  • Prepare dishes on the menu according to Aspens recipes
  • Work as a team with other positions on the line to execute guest orders as quickly and accurately as possible
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager or KMOD
