Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred

  • Ability to read and follow recipes and cooking instructions

Job Duties

  • Set up and stock your workstation with all required ingredients and equipment before service
  • Prep, cook, and assemble menu items according to recipes and standards
  • Perform prep work to support service, including chopping, portioning, and staging ingredients
  • Maintain proper portion control and minimize waste to help manage food costs
  • Keep service running smoothly by restocking ingredients and staying on top of prep times
  • Maintain a clean, organized workstation, including equipment, surfaces, storage areas, and trash
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards
  • Ensure ingredients and finished dishes meet quality and freshness standards
  • Complete opening and closing duties as assigned
  • Support functions, parties, and special events as needed
