Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work quickly, accurately, and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in a loud, high-energy setting with bright lights and constant activity
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to read and follow recipes and cooking instructions
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality and consistency
- A team-first mindset and willingness to jump in where needed
- Dependable, reliable, and able to stay focused during busy shifts
Job Duties
- Set up and stock your workstation with all required ingredients and equipment before service
- Prep, cook, and assemble menu items according to recipes and standards
- Perform prep work to support service, including chopping, portioning, and staging ingredients
- Maintain proper portion control and minimize waste to help manage food costs
- Keep service running smoothly by restocking ingredients and staying on top of prep times
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation, including equipment, surfaces, storage areas, and trash
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards
- Ensure ingredients and finished dishes meet quality and freshness standards
- Complete opening and closing duties as assigned
- Support functions, parties, and special events as needed
