Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a similar line cook or kitchen role
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work well in a team environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food items according to company quality and service standards
- coordinate orders to ensure timely and accurate cooking
- demonstrate strong knowledge of menu items and ingredients used in recipes
- maintain and ensure appropriate food temperatures for all menu items
- follow all company safety and sanitation standards
- report directly to the BOH Manager or Manager on Duty
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the work station
