Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred
  • Ability to maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards
  • Physical ability to perform kitchen duties including standing and lifting
  • Strong communication skills
  • Capacity to work flexible schedule including holidays
  • Willingness to follow restaurant recipes and standards

  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Proficient in utilizing kitchen equipment
  • Transport goods generally weighing 0-80 pounds

  • Ability to stand approximately 90 percent of workday
  • Manual dexterity
  • Capability to withstand warm temperatures
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, days, and including some holidays

Job Duties

  • Responsible for preparation of food and making salads, dressings, soups, and assembling entrees
  • Make other food items in a timely and efficient manner
  • Coordinate order item timing
  • Maintain all sanitation standards
  • Other responsibilities that may be assigned
