Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred
- Ability to maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards
- Physical ability to perform kitchen duties including standing and lifting
- Strong communication skills
- Capacity to work flexible schedule including holidays
- Willingness to follow restaurant recipes and standards

- Strong time management and organization skills
- Proficient in utilizing kitchen equipment
- Transport goods generally weighing 0-80 pounds

- Ability to stand approximately 90 percent of workday
- Manual dexterity
- Capability to withstand warm temperatures
- Flexibility to work varied hours, days, and including some holidays
Job Duties
- Responsible for preparation of food and making salads, dressings, soups, and assembling entrees
- Make other food items in a timely and efficient manner
- Coordinate order item timing
- Maintain all sanitation standards
- Other responsibilities that may be assigned
