Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand, lift and bend for extended periods of time
  • ability to bend and lift to 50 lbs
  • ability to perform repetitive motions
  • willingness to work flexible schedules including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • ability to work in environments exposed to hot kitchen elements and cleaning materials

Job Qualifications

  • Certified Food Handler
  • in-depth knowledge of assigned recipes and execution
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Handles all allergy and/or dietary restrictions and modifications
  • accurately follows all orders received from the POS system and/or direction from the expeditor
  • maintains cleanliness and sanitation of assigned station, the kitchen and the entire venue in accordance with Health Department
  • possesses in-depth knowledge of assigned recipes and execution
  • communicates product needs to the chefs and the support staff
  • required to check cover counts, BEOs and/or Fire Sheets
  • properly sets-up station and performs opening/closing procedures as directed by management
  • reports all breakage or damage of equipment immediately to management
  • portrays a positive and professional attitude
  • thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • embodies integrity and seeks continuous improvement
  • wants to learn and helps team members do the same
  • loves cooking and being part of a like-minded team
  • is a certified Food Handler
  • attends and participates in daily pre-service meetings (where applicable)
