Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous kitchen or food preparation experience preferred
  • Ability to follow recipes and measure ingredients accurately
  • Knowledge of food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to follow recipes precisely
  • Excellent knife skills and food preparation techniques

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare hot and cold food items such as salad mixes, sauces, side dishes, and appetizers
  • Wash, peel, slice, and mix vegetables, fruits, pasta, meats, and cheeses
  • Carve and slice meats and cheeses
  • Measure and mix ingredients following recipes to ensure quality and consistency
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
  • Follow safety, health, and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist co-workers and communicate suggestions for improvement
