Job Duties
- Season steaks and prepare menu items following recipe and temperature guidelines
- Sear and grill meat ensuring proper cooking techniques
- Maintain safety and sanitation standards in all food preparation areas
- Understand and operate broiling equipment and follow prep sheets accurately
- Work collaboratively with kitchen team and other staff members to ensure timely service
- Manage high-volume food orders efficiently without compromising quality
- Assist in maintaining inventory and kitchen cleanliness
