Job Requirements

- Understanding of steak temperatures and cooking methods
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Prepare steaks and other meats according to Texas Roadhouse cooking standards and temperature guidelines
- Season, sear, and grill meats ensuring highest quality and flavor
- Operate kitchen equipment safely following all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Understand and execute prep sheets for food preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the broiling station
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely food service
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding food safety
