Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in high-volume restaurant cooking
  • Knowledge of steak cooking temperatures
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties

  • Season steak meats according to Texas Roadhouse standards
  • Sear and grill steaks and other meat items to proper temperatures
  • Understand and follow prep sheets and cooking procedures
  • Maintain kitchen safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Manage and operate grill equipment properly
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operation
  • Support a high-volume restaurant environment with consistent quality
