  • proven high volume restaurant experience
  • understanding of steak cooking temperatures
  • ability to season, sear, and cook meat
  • knowledge of safety and sanitation guidelines
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong teamwork skills

Job Qualifications

  • experience in high volume restaurant cooking
  • knowledge of steak cooking techniques and meat seasoning
  • ability to follow safety and sanitation standards

  • prior experience with grill cooking is a plus
