- prior experience in a similar cooking or broiling role preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- standing for extended periods
- ability to handle hot equipment safely
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- commitment to follow safety and hygiene standards

- follow prep sheets and recipes accurately
- collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely meal delivery
- exhibit teamwork and support during high-volume service
