Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a high volume restaurant kitchen
  • Understanding of proper meat seasoning, searing, and grilling techniques
  • Ability to adhere to safety and sanitation procedures
  • Capability to operate and maintain kitchen equipment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous high volume restaurant experience preferred
  • Knowledge of steak cooking temperatures and meat preparation
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and processes

Job Duties

  • Prepare steaks and other menu items according to temperature and recipe specifications
  • Season, sear, and grill meats to ensure top quality
  • Maintain high safety and sanitation standards in food preparation areas
  • Understand and properly use kitchen equipment and prep sheets
  • Manage high-volume cooking efficiently during peak hours
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely food delivery
