- Prepare high volume restaurant orders accurately and efficiently
- Understand and apply correct cooking steak temperatures
- Season, sear, and grill meats to Texas Roadhouse standards
- Maintain proper safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Use kitchen equipment and prep sheets effectively
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely food preparation
- Assist in kitchen organization and cleanliness
