  • experience working in a high volume restaurant
  • basic knowledge of cooking steak temperatures
  • ability to use kitchen equipment and follow prep sheets
  • willingness to follow safety and sanitation protocols
  • capability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • strong teamwork attitude

Job Duties

  • understand and execute cooking steaks according to Texas Roadhouse standards

  • exhibit teamwork and communication with kitchen staff
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill area
  • manage high volume cooking during busy service times
