ServSafe Food Handler certification or ability to obtain before start date
Experience of at least 6 months cooking in a high-volume setting preferred
Ability to follow recipes and prep lists accurately
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to food safety and cleanliness

Job Duties

Prepare and cook menu items to spec
set up and stock stations before each shift
keep your station clean, organized, and guest-ready
follow health and safety standards at all times
assist with prep work and other tasks as needed
work with the team to make every service smooth and on-time
