Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- previous culinary experience in sauté, pantry, and/or broil stations
- basic knife skills and kitchen equipment knowledge
- must be able to obtain food safety certification
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- strong attention to detail
- strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- sufficient mobility to perform tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling
- ability to lift up to 30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
- ability to stand or walk for up to 10 hours during a shift
