Job Requirements
- Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods
- Ability to lift and transport food and other items weighing up to 30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand and or walk for up to 10 hours during a single shift, while possibly navigating ramps, stairs, and elevators
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to obtain food safety certification
Job Qualifications
- Previous culinary experience in sauté, pantry, and/or broil stations
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to excel in a team environment and viewed as a team player
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow
- Elevated time management, organizational, and prioritizing skills
- Basic knife skills and kitchen equipment knowledge
- Ability to obtain food safety certification
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as a team player
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Produce all assigned menu items efficiently and consistently
- Follow Next Level Brands' specifications, recipes, and techniques
- Maintain sanitation standards in the kitchen
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively
- Manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Assist in maintaining inventory and food storage
- Ensure proper plating and presentation of dishes
