Job Requirements
- previous experience in a professional kitchen preferred but not required
- excellent communication skills
- ability to read, write, and follow instructions effectively
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- comfortable with physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and walking
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- commitment to food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- prepare and cook menu items to meet quality and presentation standards
- set up and stock stations with necessary supplies for the shift
- ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are followed
- assist in inventory management, including rotating stock and notifying management of low inventory items
- maintain a clean and organized workspace
- work closely with other kitchen staff and team members to ensure smooth operations and timely food service
