Job Duties
- Know and understand every item on the menu including portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules
- assume 100% responsibility for quality of products served
- work closely with the Chef to provide absolute consistency on every plate
- time management to ensure all tickets are completed promptly
- stay focused on designated tasks during peak service hours
- communicate consistently with co-workers
- assist with prepping and stocking
- keep work station clean and organized
- practice safe knife handling
- assist with putting away deliveries when needed
