Job Duties

  • Know and understand every item on the menu including portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules
  • assume 100% responsibility for quality of products served
  • work closely with the Chef to provide absolute consistency on every plate
  • time management to ensure all tickets are completed promptly
  • stay focused on designated tasks during peak service hours
  • communicate consistently with co-workers
  • assist with prepping and stocking
  • keep work station clean and organized
  • practice safe knife handling
  • assist with putting away deliveries when needed
