Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years experience as line cook
  • valid food handler's certification
  • ability to follow recipes and food safety standards accurately
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume kitchen
  • physical stamina to stand and perform kitchen duties for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience as line cook
  • food handler's certification
  • contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
  • advanced knife skills (preferred)

Job Duties

  • Complete opening and closing checklists including daily and weekly cleaning tasks
  • prepare a variety of meats poultry vegetables and other food items for cooking in a variety of kitchen equipment
  • understand and comply consistently with standard portion sizes cooking methods quality standards and company policies
  • handle store and rotate all products properly
  • maintain a clean and sanitary work and service area including tables shelves walls ovens and refrigeration equipment
  • report to the Chef Team with clarity and consistency
  • follow recipes and understand the flow of service
