Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Food handler's card required where applicable
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physically able to perform kitchen tasks including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
- Must be able to communicate effectively with team members and customers

Job Duties
- Prepare food items consistently and adhere to all recipe standards
- Maintain a safe working environment by using proper food handling skills and food safety guidelines
- Complete kitchen tasks such as line setup, food preparation, cleanup and breakdown
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
- Adapt to varying schedules based on business needs
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
