Job Duties
- prepare and plate high-quality meals according to chef's specifications
- work specific kitchen stations such as grill, sauté, or fryer
- assemble ingredients and prep food
- plate dishes within limited time frames
- monitor and stock kitchen stations with necessary supplies
- ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- manage multiple orders and coordinate timely dish delivery
