Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • reliable and punctual
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Cooking experience or Back of the House experience preferred
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • must be a team player who communicates and supports coworkers
  • able to meet scheduling commitments
  • ability to anticipate kitchen needs and proactively assist
  • strong attention to detail and food quality

Job Duties

  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
  • chop vegetables, prepare sauces, and complete other food prep tasks
  • cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • maintain a clean and organized station throughout the shift
  • demonstrate ownership and pride in the kitchen
  • assist with stocking and managing inventory
