Job Duties
- Prepare and cook all menu items according to restaurant standards
- assist with light prep work to support the line (not full prep shifts)
- maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times
- follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during rush hours
- keep up with ticket times while maintaining quality and presentation
