Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of line cook experience
- knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation procedures
- ability to work nights and weekends
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- punctuality and reliability
Job Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of line cook experience
- fine dining experience is a plus
- strong knife skills
- excellent station organization
- a strong sense of urgency
- reliable and punctual
- coachable and open to feedback
- availability for nights and weekends
- bilingual skills are a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Set up your station for success including prep, stocking, labeling, and organization
- Cook and plate menu items to specification with speed and consistency
- Keep a clean, safe, and well-stocked line
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen and service teams during service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Participate in prep and daily/weekly cleaning duties
